These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Triggr mobile application and associated services (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Not Medical Advice

Triggr is a wellness tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide clinical diagnoses, treatment, or emergency services. If you are in crisis, call local emergency services or seek professional help immediately.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

• No illegal, abusive, harassing, or harmful content.
• No attempts to reverse engineer or disrupt the Service.
• Respect the privacy and consent of other users.

4. Content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host and display it for the purpose of operating the Service. We may remove content that violates these Terms.

5. Subscriptions and Fees

Paid features, if any, are billed through the platform’s payment system. Taxes may apply. Where required by law, you may have statutory refund rights.

6. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect the community. You may stop using the Service at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
